Tom Riley Constructions commenced over 28 years ago. Owner and Director Tom Riley began his time in the building industry as an apprentice carpenter and went on to hold several technical, supervisory and managerial roles across the industry. Further to this, Tom has obtained several notable qualifications in both the Construction and Project Management fields, culminating in his PMP (Project Management Professional) achievement obtained through the world’s leading Project Management organisation – the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Using his practical and managerial skills, Tom has worked in a variety of sectors within the construction industry from residential, commercial, industrial through to mining and infrastructure projects and he uses this wide knowledge base to manage his projects safely, professionally, and efficiently.
Having been based on the Sunshine Coast for 15 years, TRC is providing local clients with construction services covering:

Offering a comprehensive Design and Construction Service allows TRC to provide clients with a complete service from initial concept design and budget advice, through documentation and certification, and then a full construction service. We can also offer building approval services, engineering and environmental design plus compliance services.
