I engaged Tom Riley of Tom Riley Constructions to re-deck and extend the front of our house at Sunshine Beach. It was a very complex job because of the very steep terrain. Tom assisted me in modifying my design so that not only did it enhance the visual ambience and functionality, it also helped to reduce the cost. In our view, the end result far exceeded our expectations. Tom quoted on parts of the job which were quotable and did the rest on a do and charge basis. The end result was within my budget but importantly, we ended up with the property value more than exceeding the cost.

I found Tom to be honest at all times, punctual and very helpful. He and his crew did a superlative job. Their tradesmanship was as good as I have seen.

I have no hesitation in recommending Tom to anyone who needs any building work to be done. You will not be disappointed.
